All moves my diet does not eat the rice though. My purpose in moving the diet is not too pompous, I was just aiming for 2-3 kg each month. Because I want a diet without moving there felt tortured. In the end after 3 MTHS. my weight is shrunk to a number of 10 kg. Another advantage when moving the diet, I could not easily tired and it makes me astonished. Awalannya I want to lose weight I am up to 45-50 kg, but due to the protests of my family because they saw my body had been very small at the end I just lose my weight to 52 kg. As well as this moment is, after almost 2 years old. I masihlah move my diet like while dieting, just this time for lunch I had rice consumption.
